Common Issues

Text not appearing in my app

On Windows, try running Grompy as Administrator. On Mac, ensure you've granted Accessibility permissions in System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Privacy → Accessibility.

License activation failed

Check your internet connection and ensure you're using the correct license key format (GROMPY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). If issues persist, email us your license key and we'll help.

Poor transcription accuracy

Ensure you're using a good quality microphone, speaking clearly, and minimizing background noise. The Whisper model works best with clear audio input.
