1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Grompy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Grompy desktop application on up to 3 personal devices that you own or control.

This license is for personal or commercial use by a single individual. Team or enterprise licenses are available upon request.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software to develop a competing product
  • Share your license key with others

3. Payment & Pricing

Grompy is sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the version purchased and all future updates included.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Dodo Payments/Stripe). Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Grompy for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grompy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, speech clarity, and other factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grompy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

7. Updates & Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Grompy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email when possible.
